2025 – a year of strategy, trust and gratitude

As we step into a new year, we’ve been reflecting on what truly made the difference in our work throughout 2025.

It was a market that required more than momentum.
It required preparation, clear strategy, and consistent communication.
When those pieces came together, outcomes followed.

Here’s a brief snapshot of what 2025 looked like:

• Our listings averaged 3.8% over list price, compared to the Northwest MLS average of 5% under list price
• Homes we represented averaged 12 days on market, compared to 45 days across the NWMLS
• We were honored to help 28 households buy or sell, with 6 additional homes currently in escrow

What matters most to us isn’t the numbers themselves —
it’s what they represent: trust, thoughtful planning, and being fully present for people making important financial and life decisions.
