Our goal is to help simplify the transition process by providing guidance, resources, and hands-on support throughout the sale of the home.
Depending on the situation, that may include:
- Clean out and donation coordination
- Vendor referrals for repairs or updates
- Help preparing the home for market
- Flexible timelines and planning
- Clear communication with family members involved in the process
- Free Community Giving Events that help unwanted items find new homes instead of ending up in a landfill
These community events are one of our favorite parts of the program. Rather than throwing everything away, we help connect useful household items, furniture, tools, décor, and everyday goods with people in the community who can use and enjoy them.
We understand that every family’s situation is different. Our role is to help create a plan that feels manageable and reduce as much stress as possible along the way.
